Our Story
Growing up on a farm and ranch in Texas, there were lots of get-togethers with family and friends and much revolved around food. Food was an expression of love, friendship and fun. My mother, grandmothers, aunts and cousins enjoyed the time together cooking. Many of the recipes at Sunshine Kitchen are family recipes. Many are picked up from friends and experiences along the way. I hope you enjoy the taste and the love that goes behind each one of the items at Sunshine Kitchen.

After nurturing a dream of opening a bakery for many years, I finally decided to take the leap during the pandemic when I was laid off. Now, I am excited to share the reality of Sunshine Kitchen with you!
